We create Food Forest Designs with hundreds of different edible plant and fruit species.

Louis De Jaeger is a visionary on a mission to impact our world profoundly. Three primary objectives guide his life's purpose: regenerate, inspire, and celebrate. He endeavors to rejuvenate vast expanses of land, ignite inspiration in countless individuals, and infuse every endeavor with a joyful spirit and gratefulness. He firmly believes that transitions should be as enjoyable as they are meaningful.

Bart Van Parijs

Is a perfect example of how farming can be economically sustainable. With more than 20 years of experience in organic fruit farming, he is becoming a reference for organic small fruit production (www.purfruit.com). But his career didn't start here. Before farming, Bart ran a multinational furniture company, but decided to follow his dream in becoming a successful farmer. 

Ben Brumagne

Known as a wild plant specialist (www.foresttoplate.com) and teaches thousands of people on how wild plants can be used in the kitchen. From helping out Chef Kobe Desramaults to working with "The Botanist Gin", he is known all over Belgium. His degree in organic agriculture is largely based on growing herbs and permanent vegetation. He also runs a small event Chateau in France (www.Montvireux.com)
